    • Red Wines

    • Cabernet Sauvignon

      Oak and tannins accompanied by pepper and spice combine to enhance trademark blackcurrant and cherry flavors in the Cab from the Lodi region in California. Rich fruit and complex structure dazzle from first aroma to a long, refined finish.

    • Tempranillo (Toro)

      This Spanish grape shows black cherry, raspberry, plum and tobacco notes, but tends towards lushness and an overflowing of soft, ripe tannins rather than bright fruit. Vanilla and spice notes in the oak give way to a beguiling hint of dark coffee on the finish.

    • Napoleon

      The classic Rhone Valley blend, this wine demonstrates why the Pope vacationed in this part of France every summer during the 13th century. A balance between fruity and earthy, this GSM blend offers a bit of candied fruit from the Grenache grapes, blueberry and plums from the darker Syrah grapes, and a some floral aromas will waft in your mouth from the Mourvedre.

    • Aussie Fusion

      Australian Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre blend. This trio is bold and assertive. The bouquet is opulent with vibrant notes of black currants, rich leather, and pepper spice, laced with strong toasted oak. Overtones of dark chocolate, a burst of spice, and an abundance of bold, chewy tannins. The finish is seamless, adding depth and character to this masterpiece.

    • La Bella Vita

      Grapes harvested in the Tuscan region of Italy, this wine consists of 3 varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. It is Italy's answer to the great Bordeaux blends and can be described as a full-bodied wine with firm tannins, notes of cherries and currants with a delectable finish.

    • Luna Rossa

      This blend of California Cabernet will deliver California flavors at their best! This wine exudes rich flavors of dark, ripe cherries and a hint of raspberry with a dry finish.

    • Malbec

      Dark, inky purple color and ripe fruit flavors of plums, black cherry and blackberry give an almost jammy character on the palate. Smoke, earth, leather, wild game, tobacco and black pepper along with intriguingly spicy notes make for an interesting medley of aromas and flavors, and layers of complexity.

    • Carmenere

      Deep crimson, with dark cherry aroma, red fruits and berry notes running to a smoky, spicy finish with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. With medium body and moderate tannins, this Carmenere from Chile drinks well young and improves with age.

    • Pinotage

      Pinotage is a hybrid grape that is a cross between the Pinot Noir and Cinsaut grapes, developed in 1925 in South Africa. This deep, ruby red wine is layered with aromas of ripe raspberry, spices, and red cherry give way to a rich complexity of flavors that include raspberry, vanilla, plum, coffee and a subtle hint of banana in the finish.

    • Don Vino

      Made from the Nebbiolo grape, a dry, burly and assertive wine with dark cherry iridescence. Intense and robust with notes of strawberries, a hint of dark tar, and floral aroma complemented by rich, earthy truffles.

    • Solar Eclipse

      This South Australian blend of Shiraz and Viognier are a beautiful marriage of black cherry, smoky plum, black pepper from the Shiraz and hints of exotic jasmine flower, ripe apricot and juicy peach from the Viognier

    • Diablo Rojo

      Dark purple in color with a nose of blackberry jam melded with creamy vanilla aromas and a touch of tobacco. Rich on the palate, it has smooth tannins intertwined with ripe plum and berry flavors.

    • Pinot Noir

      From Chile, it has a bright ruby color with delicate aromas of red berry flavors. The mouthfeel is very elegant with soft tannins and a subtle oak finish.

    • Almond Sparkle

      Almond Sparkle mixes bubbles with a light hint of almond, making a festive, fun wine! Dress up a Champagne Cocktail with Sparkling Almond, or try a Sparkling Almond Mimosa!

    • Icy Willow

      Ice wine is nature's gift to wine lovers. These delicate grapes are hand harvested when they are frozen. Enjoy this dessert wine named after The Gillig's favorite tree, here captured in its frozen state, just as the grapes are harvested for Ice Wine!

    • Chocolate Raspberry Bliss

      This Port-style wine brings together notes of rounded cherry, plum, and bright raspberry with rich chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Excellent on its own or with any dessert, or serve with toasted nuts or shortbread.

    • Chocolate Orange Bliss

      This intensely flavored Port-style dessert wine is full-bodied and rich, with complex aromas of bittersweet dark chocolate, thick with ripe orange and marmalade flavors. Enjoy as an after dinner treat or while in a comfortable chair by the fire.

    • House Sangria

      Specially blended and made here on site at Gillig Winery, this delicious and fruity treat will be sure to satisfy your craving for a refreshing red wine. Also available by the pitcher (5 glasses) for $25 to enjoy while relaxing at the winery.

    • Sans Chêne Chardonnay

      This California Chardonnay is fermented Sans Chêne (no oak), which allows its fruit to shine through with citrus scents and tropical flavors in this fresh, well-balanced wine while its rich, round mouthfeel lingers to a long, crisp finish.

    • Viognier

      This exquisite varietal from California has a medium body with aromas of apple, pear and melon. It drinks well while still young.

    • 65 Degrees Sauvignon Blanc

      A New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in our stainless steel tanks at 65 degrees. Intensely aromatic, fragrant with grass and currant leaves, this fruit-forward wine casts long, robust flavors of zesty fruit with a crisp dry finish.

    • Pinot Gris

      A varietal from Washington, this is a fresh, fragrant and lively grape. Its flavors include a certain flintiness with hints of citrus and almonds. A very satisfying, thirst quenching wine.

    • Luna Bianca

      A full-bodied Chardonnay blend with rich toasted oak character and buttery flavors coursing through the wine without reservation...balanced by a lush, tropical fruit and vanilla finish.

    • Symphony

      A hybrid grape that is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris, developed in 1948 in California. A fabulous white wine with incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya

    • Riesling

      This varietal from Washington is crisp, delicate and fresh with floral aromas, brilliant acidity and vivid fruit flavors of peach and apricot. A slightly off-dry finish.

    • Moscato

      A sweeter varietal from California, expect apricots and almonds to the nose with a lively, honeysuckle component playing in the background.

      We ferment Chardonnay then add pure, all-natural extract of peaches and apricots to create a unique, off-dry wine that's perfect for a summertime gathering.

    • Tropical "Pear"adise

      We ferment Pinto Grigio, then add pure, all-natural extract of pineapples and pear to create this tropical "pear"adise!

    • Pucker Up

      This popular Riesling is intensely flavorful, reminiscent of a freshly cut green apple. (Available early August)

    • Strawberry Sensation

      After the fermentation of Lychee Traminer, pure, all natural extracts of strawberries are added to the wine. A refreshing wine on a hot summer's day!

    • Khaleesi

      After the fermentation of Shiraz, we add all natural extract of raspberry dragon fruit. It's sure to have a big following, just like the "Mother of Dragons".

    • Summer Splash

      Enjoy your favorite summer time drink all year long! Enjoy this Zinfandel with an added "Summer Splash" of Sangria.
