Join us for our very first Food & Drink Pairing at 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30! We are excited to join forces with our friends at Gillig Winery to offer a five-course meal prepared by chef Renz Salanga paired with our craft beers OR Gillig Winery wines.
The Food & Drink Pairing is $45/person. Your admission includes:
(5) Five-course meal prepared by chef Renz Salanga
(5) Five tastings of Findlay-made craft beer OR wine served with each course – your choice! At the start of each course, beer will be served in 5 oz. tastings and wine will be served in 2 oz. tastings.
Table service (our regular food menu will not be available, however, our servers are happy to serve you additional drinks from the bar. Please note: additional drinks and gratuity is not included in your admission)
An introduction of the craft beers/wines you will be trying during each course right from the owners of Findlay Brewing Co. and Gillig Winery
