The 2nd annual Wine & Art Festival is co-sponsored by the Gibsonburg Community Corp (GCC) and the Sandusky County Visitors Bureau. This year’s event will feature 4 local Ohio wineries, Chateau Tebeau Winery, D & D Smith Winery, Gillig Winery, and Ski Lodge Winery.
The event will also feature local food trucks, and live entertainment under the tent. Jordan Wiewandt will play from 3-6pm followed by Chloe & The Steel Strings from 6-9pm. Local arts and crafts vendors will line the walking path at Williams Park and on display is the 2018 Sculpture in the Village. The 2018 Sculpture in the Village features over 30 large handmade steel sculptures from around the country. Sculptor Jim Havens will be on hand to give tours of this year’s sculptures throughout the evening.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards the North Coast Veterans Museum construction fund for their new museum building.
Admission is $15 per person. (Each person sampling or drinking wine must have an arm band) With each admission fee you will receive an arm band, commemorative wine glass, and 3 drink sample tickets. Additional sampling tickets as well as full glass tickets can be purchased for $5. (No open bottles of wine will be permitted to be sold on site during the festival. All sales for consumption will be by the glass only. The Wineries will be permitted to sell take home bottles at their booths, but they cannot be opened on site.)
